Votefortheworst.com was started in 2004 to support voting for the entertaining contestants who the producers would hate to see win on American Idol. We vote en masse for the contestant that we feel provides the most entertaining performances that go against what the producers want in a winner and that annoy the viewing public. We don't necessarily vote for the worst technical singer; we take into account many factors like the contestant's personality, how well they dance and move around the stage, if they talk back to the judges or have an attitude, and how likely they are to annoy everyone when they stick around. So we don't just vote for the worst singer, we vote for the most entertaining contestant using our own criteria. Why do we do it? And are we ruining American Idol and crushing dreams? People.com has an exclusive sneak peak at Sanjaya's new Nationwide commercial, debuting tomorrow. And of course, we'll have it here for you so we can applaud our favorite Papaya in his new gig.
Mookie is out, and our VFTW pick Mitch is safe. VFTW Victory! Great job to everyone who voted for Mitch, as he was clearly way worse than the other 4. Mookie actually gave a good performance, but it couldn't save him from the power of VFTW. Now the sausage fest continues intil the top 4, as Theo, Drew, Earl, and of course Mitch, will all sing Anne Murray songs. This should be C L A S S I C.
Canadian Idol 6 -Top 5, The Beatles - "All You Need Is Sausage"
Posted by smarterthanpickler on August 19, 2008 - 2:23pm
Sausage lovers line up here as it’s time for our all-male Top 5 on Canadian Idol. Ben tells us it’s Beatles night and that they’re the most influential group ever, having influenced an entire generation of druggies and sex perverts who are now leading our country and businesses. Zack reminds us of when The Beatles said they were Bigger than Christ 40 years, which caused less of an uproar than if American Idol had an openly gay contestant on its show today. Ben asks Jake if The Beatles changed the business of music, and they certainly did by ending the most successful run ever by a music act in 1970 having around two dollars in their bank accounts. Farley talks about the journey to today, which involves Theo eating about 1000 cases of Kraft Dinner and a whole lot of banging Amberly.
Katharine McPhee's Official Video for "I Know What Boys Like"

Wow, this was terrible without a video, and now it's 100 times worse. The melisma makes us want to cry... or savagely rip out Katharine's vocal chords. Yes, more the second one.
Even worse than Kellie's album cover! Seriously, do these record labels even care about these "artists"? Leave us a comment to let us know what the horse is thinking in this picture. (P.S. This is not the horse she sold to get on Idol. That horse is glue now. Like this one will be soon. No one wants a horse infested with genital herpes.)
Wow... looks like Kellie's label doesn't spend a lot on photo shoots or graphic artists. Did a tweentard make this for her?
Vote For MitchMunk MacDonald at 1-866-943-6504
Posted by smarterthanpickler on August 18, 2008 - 6:41pm
Just in case there was any doubt, VFTW's favorite chipmunk Mitch MacDonald proved there's always a worst as he whined his way through The Beatles In My Life tonight like chipmunk with its nuts caught in a fan. Canadian Idol's ratings have gone up slightly and the crapfest may actually be saved, thanks to the legions of those converting to VFTW, so we have a chance to get Mitch through tonight, but only if we vote for the full two hours at 1-866-943-6504. Lord knows we'll be getting no help from his hometown of Cape Breton, where everyone passed out drunk even before the sun went down tonight.
